The first international workshop “Advances in ReRAM : Materials & Interfaces”, at MINOA Palace, Platanias, Chania in the island of Crete, Greece from 11-16 October, 2015 and sponsored by G-ReRAM Project (g-reram.eu). During the conference, ReRAM scientists and students from all over the world will have the opportunity to discuss their recent research and achievements. Technical papers on
ReRAM Fundamentals: physics and reliability
New materials and interface modifications
Advanced ReRAM concepts, cell design and modeling
New testing and characterization techniques
ReRAM for logic and synaptic applications
are expected to compose an exciting scientific program. There will be no poster session and the technical session will be organized in a way to have enough time for interaction among the participants. Only high quality papers will be accepted. The evening panel discussions will address hot topics in the ReRAM field.
