Call for Paper

The first international workshop “Advances in ReRAM : Materials & Interfaces”, at MINOA Palace, Platanias, Chania in the island of Crete, Greece from 11-16 October, 2015 and sponsored by G-ReRAM Project ( During the conference, ReRAM scientists and students from all over the world will have the opportunity to discuss their recent research and achievements. Technical papers on

  • ReRAM Fundamentals: physics and reliability

  • New materials and interface modifications

  • Advanced ReRAM concepts, cell design and modeling

  • New testing and characterization techniques

  • ReRAM for logic and synaptic applications


are expected to compose an exciting scientific program. There will be no poster session and the technical session will be organized in a way to have enough time for interaction among the participants. Only high quality papers will be accepted. The evening panel discussions will address hot topics in the ReRAM field.
In this context, the workshop is suitable for scientists and students involved in ReRAM research area, who can attend the scientific program to learn the current advances and the state of the art in the field.
